Rooted in rich history, Khushi's was the first Indian restaurant to open in Edinburgh in 1947 at a time where Indian spices and ingredients were almost impossible to find in Scotland. A strong sense of heritage can be felt throughout the scheme whilst remaining utterly fresh and contemporary.
Working with fellow artists, creatives and eccentrics is tremendously inspiring and uplifting. It is evermore exciting to view the designs as interpreted into mood-boards, themes and entire interior concepts. Malcolm kindly shared some hand illustrated pieces of genius interpreting our Ripe Velvet with the utmost elegance and skill. We adore!
